Recognizing our 2019 "Favorite Brewer" recipient from this year's 8th Annual Beer and Bacon Festival, Turnagain Brewing Co. pairs select flavors of their crafted beers with a culinary offering from Chef Roberto Sidro for a casual and memorable, private dining experience overlooking Lake Hood floatplane base.
First Course | King Crab Cakes
A mixture of king crab meat, onion, roasted red peppers, eggs, and bread crumbs formed into a cake and seared golden brown. Served with chipotle aioli sauce, and a lemon wedge.
Second Course | Seared Duck Breast with Blueberry
Pan seared marinated duck breast, accompanied with roasted rosemary and thyme potatoes, sauteed bok choy, and crispy bacon. Served with blueberry sauce.
Third Course | Baked Alaska
Vanilla flavored ice cream wrapped in sponge cake, covered in meringue, and baked to golden brown.
